Lucifer . . . . . . . . who became . . Satan

Satan's desperate attempts to misrepresent God and lie about his character. (1) Blames God for natural disasters which are a result of a dying planet, - or of satanic interference with the weather system. (2) Encourages humanity to see God as a tyrant, who consigns the wicked to a place of everlasting torment, and who stands behind oppressive religious systems which crush the human spirit. (3) Blames God for all the sin and suffering on this planet. Blinds people to His merciful providence and revealed plan of salvation. (4) Uses "shoddy" false science to discount the biblical story of creation, and substitutes the truth with a pathetic God who took millions of years to evolve/create this miserable faulty planet, - or denies the existence of God altogether. (5) Causes humanity to use His holy name as an expletive, a common swear word, - as if He was the cause of every annoyance or discomforture.

Isaiah 51:6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.

	What God is not.
	Nature worship is a farce. God is not in everything. He is not in the stone. He is not in the water. He is not in the plants. His presence can be everywhere, but He is not intrinsically in everything. Pantheism is another lie of the devil. God is not an inanimate matter. He is the Living God who rules the universe. Nature worship robs God of His glory as the Creator and Sustainer of animate and inanimate objects. We are not Gods. God is the Creator. We are His creatures. Sure, we were originally created in His image, but there's a vast difference between the creature and the Creator. Many of the false religions try to fool you into believing that you are God. How pathetic is that! When was the last time you walked on water? halted the rotation of the earth (Joshua 10)? or rose from the dead? And ridiculous also is the worship of animals. As much as we can love and adore animals - we do not worship them as deity.

	Stretch your mind: Try to grasp the Greatness of God.
	MAGNITUDE: In the dimension of magnitude, you can always define a number that is greater than a given number. You can also always define a number that is smaller than a given number. Mathmaticians have been forced to acknowledge the infinity factor, and represent infinity in many equations. SPACE: Throughout the endless depths of the universe, if you travel endlessly in one direction, you will never come to the boundry of space. TIME: Time is eternal, past and future. INTELLIGENCE: No matter what level of understanding you may attain to, there is always a greater and deeper wisdom in existence. POWER: There is always a more potent expression of power than any that you can identify. God as the Eternal Three, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost, divinely possess the superlatives of all the known dimensions - and more!! They are divinely Eternal, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, and Omniscient. And there is no other God, Gods, or systems of Gods anywhere in existence, or has ever been.	Isaiah 43:10-11 10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.
	Great is the mystery, that Jesus laid aside a large portion of his divinity, - to be born into the human race, and to suffer for us. He could have taken up His divine power again at any time - but he bore the trial to the cross. Spiritual things are spiritually understood. Only those who walk with God in their daily lives can progress in their understanding of the greatness and glory of God.

Nature reveals the great wisdom of God. In the study of biology and geology, there is a never ending stream of wonders to be observed. The intelligence exhibited in the animal and vegetable world, we only begin to fathom. It is a marvel how the globe's system of weather and seasons operate. What we see now is only a faint reflection of the full glory of creation before the fall and curse of sin. And to think that Jesus created this whole world within a 144 hr period! - and everything on the earth! The bible indicates that the Holy Spirit was involved in the creation process. Certainly the Father was involved also in the prior planning. Some have said that the planning counsels of the Trinity convened over a relatively long period of time compared to the 6 short days of creation execution. Lucifer was jealous, because he was not invited into the planning counsels for this very planet earth. His rebellion developed, and since then he has spread hatred against a just God, but he has been exposed as nothing but a liar.

Speaking of "the Son", the bible says:- Colossians 1:16 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: John 1:3 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Exodus 34:6-7 6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, 7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourthgeneration.	The Dual Nature of Christ. The Son of God is strongly revealed in the Old Testament. He is spoken of as the LORD, The mighty One of Jacob, The Angel of the covenent, the Angel of His presence, Jehovah, Michael the archangel, the Holy One of Israel. It was Jesus who fought with Jacob through the night, whom Abraham received as wayfaring stranger, who revealed Himself to Moses, who appeared to Joshua as the Captain of the Lord's host, who stood with the three worthies in the Chaldean furnace. All the accounts of God's supernatural power can be believed just as they are presented in the Bible. The story of a world wide flood. The destruction of the tower of Babel. The ten plagues on Egypt. The crossing of the Red sea. Numerous miracles for the children of Israel. Divine intervention during the many battles to conquer the land of Canaan. Many miracles for Elijah and the prophets. Stopping the lion's mouths for Daniel. If the reading of the bible is approached with the attitude of a child, the Lord will reveal Himself to your mind and heart. We should begin our bible study with prayer and humility. His character will be revealed as a God of justice and mercy.	Isaiah 9:6 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 57:15 15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
	Psalm 104:1-5 1 Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. 2 Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: 3 Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind: 4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire: 5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

	The Law of God is a representative of Himself. The commands, precepts, and words spoken by God in the Bible tell us a great deal about the nature and character of God. In particular the 10 commandments given in the KJV Bible are set up high as a complete set of Laws for humankind. God wrote these with his own finger on tables of stone. They are for all people of all times - not just for the Jews.

Psalm 19:7-10 7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. 9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. 10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Psalm 40:8 8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. Romans 7:12 12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
	Psalm 119:14-16 14 I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. 15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. 16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word. There is a never ending stream of thoughts and understandings to be gained by meditating upon these Laws. They are very deep and extend into every facet of our lives. They shine light upon the very fabric of logic and the substance of reality in this God's universe - which is the only reality in existence. They are an integral part of the science of salvation. You must personalize them in your own experience. God promises to give you spiritual power to obey them if you exercise yourself towards Him and live by faith. By understanding His Law, we gain a more intimate understanding of The Author.

His way is in the Sanctuary. Many and deep are the spiritual lessons that come from a study of the old sanctuary service that God gave to Moses and the Jews. He said; "And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them." The way of God and His science of salvation for us is encapsulated in the symbology, the furniture, the layout of the sanctuary, and the services and ceremonies of the old sacrificial system. They all point to "the Lamb of God which taketh away the sins of the world". They reveal the succession of His ministry to us as first a Prophet, then a Priest, and finally a King. Biblical time prophecy is tied to the Sanctuary Message. Ultimately God wants to dwell inside the heart and mind of man - if we would only let Him in!  We lose none of our free choice, but rather gain much by having Jesus in our hearts. Hebrews 2:14 14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; 2 Corinthians 5:21 21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.	God's ultimate revelation of His character - He came to earth to be our Example. When God came down and was born into the human race, all of the Devil's evil insinuations against God were proven to be utterly wrong. The great God of heaven condescended to become a helpless small baby, to grow up as a child and youth, to take his place as one of the human race with all the attendant sorrows, weaknessess, pitfalls, temptations and annoyances that dog our steps. He was subject to the law of heredity, and took on the fallen nature of man through his mother Mary. One can only imagine how much more than us that he suffered against the taunts and the bullying of his peers and brothers, - because he steadfastly stood for right. And we can do the same, - Jesus had no advantage over us to do right and be right. We can take hold of the strength of our Father which is in heaven to resist temptation as Jesus did. Jesus was targeted more and his trials were deeper than any that any human has suffered. Even though he knew who he was - the very Son of God - the Creator of us all - he was subject to his parents until the age of 30.	Galatians 4:4 4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, Hebrews 7:25 25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
	Romans 1:3-4 3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; 4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

The words and acts of Jesus. The sufferings of Christ. In all the books of the Bible, the greatest beams of light shine out of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.  All his parables and miracles contain rich lessons. Here is shown how the great God of heaven came down to relate to man on a practical level. Notice how he had a lowly birth, took upon himself the fallen nature of man, did not demand personal submission from his disciples. Remember he knew he was God our Creator. Notice also his dual nature. When he drove the money changers out of the Temple. When he publicly rebuked those high on the socio-religio-political ladder. Feast upon his sermons and sayings, - full of practical advice and spiritual depth. See how he healed the sick and comforted the lowly. Trace his steps to the cross of Calvary where he fulfilled His mission to be the Lamb of God which taketh away the sins of the world. Behold how intense was His agony in the garden of Gethsemane and trials to the cross.

John 14:11 11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

	As our Great High Priest in heaven. After His earthly mission, Christ continued to minister to the human race in a special way. To His oppressed and persecuted earthbound children, there is great comfort and safety in the fact that Jesus ministers for us. God has a system for dealing with the prayers and religious experience of His children. In fact His providence extends into all aspects our lives. God knows even the number of hairs on your head. There is a real sanctuary temple in heaven. There are real books of record. There are real proceedings and intercessions. The angels of God are involved. We also have the privilege of having the Holy Spirit dwell in our hearts and minds. Jesus told us also that He is preparing mansions in heaven for those who will respond to the gift of His salvation. According to Bible prophecy, there is not much time left in this world. God is going to wrap things up in the near future.	Hebrews 2:17 17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
	Revelation 14:6-7 6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
